Terms of Use

These terms cover use of saeedkiarsi.com.

The site

This is a personal portfolio. The writing, design, and code samples are owned by Saeed Kiarsi unless a page says otherwise. You may read and share links to the pages. You may not copy the site and present it as your own.

Sending the quote form is a request for contact. It is not a contract and it does not reserve time. A project starts only after we agree on scope and terms separately.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the form, attempt to break the site, or send unlawful, abusive, or misleading content.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. I do my best to keep it accurate and available, and I can change or remove content at any time.
